Terms & Conditions

By engaging the services of MOHO Design Studio, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. 01

    Scope of Work

    All services will be delivered as per the approved proposal, quotation or agreement. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

  2. 02

    Client Responsibilities

    The client shall provide all required content, approvals, feedback and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

  3. 03

    Payment Terms

    To ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects, the following payment terms shall apply to all services offered by MOHO Design Studio:

    • 50% advance payment is required upon project confirmation or commencement. Work will begin only after receipt of the advance payment.
    • 25% payment must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled project delivery.
    • The remaining 25% final payment shall be made upon project submission, completion, or before the handover of final deliverables, whichever is earlier.

    Post-Completion Payment

    • Any outstanding payment after project completion or delivery must be cleared within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of invoice or project completion.
    • In the event of non-payment beyond this period, MOHO Design Studio reserves the right to suspend all support services, revoke access to deliverables (where applicable), withhold ownership and usage rights of the work and initiate appropriate legal proceedings for recovery of the outstanding dues, including any applicable legal costs and interest as permitted under applicable laws.
    • The client shall remain liable for all outstanding amounts until the payment is received in full.
  4. 04

    Intellectual Property

    Ownership of final deliverables shall be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. MOHO Design Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. 05

    Revisions

    The number of revisions included shall be as mentioned in the project proposal. Additional revisions or change requests beyond the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

  6. 06

    Third-Party Services

    Any third-party costs, including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, software licenses, advertising budgets, stock assets, printing or fabrication charges, shall be borne by the client unless otherwise specified.

  7. 07

    Project Delays

    If a project remains inactive due to pending approvals or lack of communication from the client for more than 30 days, MOHO Design Studio reserves the right to revise project timelines, apply additional charges or close the project.

  8. 08

    Limitation of Liability

    MOHO Design Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  9. 09

    Modifications

    MOHO Design Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version published on the website shall prevail.

  10. 10

    Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
