Refund Policy

At MOHO Design Studio, we provide customized creative, digital, branding, web development, marketing, printing, signage, and production services.

As our work involves dedicated planning, creative efforts, resource allocation and customized deliverables, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. 01

    Advance Payments

    • The 50% advance payment made at the time of project confirmation is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
    • This amount covers consultation, project planning, research, creative ideation, resource allocation and initial project execution.
  2. 02

    Customized Services

    Refunds are not applicable for customized services, including but not limited to:

    • Logo & Brand Identity Design
    • Graphic Design
    • Website Design & Development
    • Mobile & Web Applications
    • SEO Services
    • Social Media Management
    • Digital Marketing
    • Content Creation
    • Photography & Videography
    • Printing Services
    • Signage & Fabrication
    • Event Branding & Exhibition Setup
    • Any other custom-designed or project-based service
  3. 03

    Printing & Production Orders

    Once artwork has been approved by the client or production has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be entertained. This includes all printing, fabrication, signage, installation, and customized production work.

  4. 04

    Third-Party Expenses

    Payments made towards third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting, software licenses, advertising budgets, stock images, fonts, courier charges, printing materials, fabrication materials, or any vendor payments are strictly non-refundable.

  5. 05

    Client-Initiated Cancellation

    If a client chooses to discontinue a project after work has commenced, no refund shall be provided for payments already made. The client shall also be responsible for paying for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

  6. 06

    Delay or Non-Response by Client

    If a project is delayed or put on hold due to a lack of communication, pending approvals, or failure to provide required content from the client's end, it shall not be considered grounds for a refund.

  7. 07

    Exceptional Refunds

    Refunds, if approved solely at the discretion of MOHO Design Studio under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original mode of payment after deducting any applicable administrative charges, work completed, and third-party costs.

  8. 08

    Non-Refundable Deliverables

    No refunds shall be issued after:

    • Delivery of design concepts or creative assets.
    • Submission of website designs, source files, or development work.
    • Completion of digital marketing, SEO, or advertising activities.
    • Commencement of printing, fabrication, or installation.
    • Completion of any agreed project milestone.
